“Renewal was due but circumstance had changed . I’ve always been happy with the service but this time was an exception. Kelly was so understanding and went out of her way to help. I had to change the policy next day but this was not an issue and the refund was issued straight away .Great to see customer service of this standard and Kelly is a credit to the company. I also spoke you gentlemen who was also helpfully so thank you both”

“Great communication and calls returned quickly with useful responses. Price and cover are good Phone numbers need updating on website and some emails. 🙁 Excellent help from Melanie and Taylor. Been with them 7 years now enough said!”

“Excellent service! Great staff! Been with them for years and never had an issue. Always good to speak to people who know what they are doing ! Well done Tracy Bulloch for assisting me with my renewal. Policies offer great value for money. They do their best to fit the policy around your needs. Lots of people agree with that. It's a fact!”
