“This week, I ended up in hot water with my insurance due to endorsement points. I have a wedding car company so it is imperative that I have the correct insurance as I carry couples on their special day. The endorsement points became a sticking point however, Liam from CG went over and above to help me. He was empathetic to my circumstances, informative, direct and genuinely did the best he could to ensure my cars were insured and to keep business operating as usual. Liam executed a 5 star service, an unparalleled quality of service, second to none. I would highly recommend Liam and the team at CG in any case but particularly if you want a loyal, dedicated firm who will try their best to get the right outcome for you from the underwriter. Thank you again Liam. You are a credit to CG. I am truly grateful.”

“I’ve used CG since I started as a car trader. They have always been very helpful. My current main contact as regards MID alterations, is Serena Horsewell. She is very efficient and friendly and always responds within 24hrs. My initial use of CG was through Shaun, who is in charge of new business in Edinburgh. He’s always been a great source of help and advice. If you are after some friendly advice, he’s definitely the guy to ask.”

“Serena Horsewell, is prompt even as late as 9pm on Friday she responded on policy and MID queries. Thank you for reassurance. Clegg & Gifford have been average with aftershaves generally, but a resent introduction of staff over the past few years has proven a sucess. Thanks again.”
