“Spoke to Joanne Slater yesterday... I feel like she really could be my next 'new best friend' She was so 'natural' with me... I honestly felt like she really cared about me as a person and my business needs with the company. I've been with CG for a good number of years now, they are still the best quote I can get for my insurance needs. But speaking to Joanne reinforced why I go back year after year, if all staff are like her CG have got staff training down to a fine art! Well done. I wish Joanne every success with the company she is a credit to them.”

“Been dealing with them for years and have several policies with them They are always very professional and friendly Always highly recommend Lauren Ruffle went that extra mile and sent me a remainder email about one of our insurance renewals and dealing with her over the phone is always easy Would have given them a 5 star review for all the staff in the Edinburgh offices but the system wouldn’t let me for some reason So a great well done and 5⭐️ review from me”
