“Thank you so much to the gentleman in Bristol who was so helpful and genuinely kind who helped me with my husbands yearly insurance renewal. No matter how many questions I asked he very patiently answered them with kindness and assurance. Would recommend this company.”

“I’ve left a review before but I must say Imogen Clegg has been absolutely amazing with me through the whole process. It’s my first traders policy so I’ve been very lost at what I’m doing. But the customer service I’ve received from Imogen is outstanding. And also because I have bad mental health issues she’s been supportive and checking on me. Fantastic service all round but she has been a life saver”

“Serena Horsewell who is a Customer Service Administrator for Clegg Gifford whom I’ve dealt with for years as I’ve been a customer for over 20 years now is absolutely perfect! I asked if she had shares in the company because her customer service, speed at which she responds and deals with any issues is almost unbelievable.
