“On the 29/8/2019 I made a phone call to clegg Gifford ,I spoke with a young lady by the name of Emma Alter I explained to her that I was at NSL trying to get my cab plated but they failed it on the insurance cert that I had Emma got right on the case ,in no time Emma not only had the situation resolved but also the new certificate emailed across to me so I could print it out and present it back to NSL Emma was professional and patient as you can imagine my frustration ,the issue I fact was that NSL had changed some of there procedures and myself plus many others I have since found out were not aware Thank you Emma you deserve the 5* Ms johnson”

“I have just had a small problem sorted by a lovely lady called Lesley Tabner. Not only was she able to sort the problem out but she was lovely and friendly too, nothing was too much trouble. I feel she is a credit to the Company and you should be proud of her.”
