They were lovely and my Nan will love it for Christmas just the tea for one needs a note that it goes off quickly from the cream and stuff I thought it’ll last till Christmas but it goes off earlier which is frustrating.

The Christmas hamper was as described and lovely products too. The courier Evri, again, left the parcel 600 yards away in my carport, open to all, and it was soggy when I retrieved it with the card ruined. They said delivered with a signature. That did not happen. A great shame as the product is very good value.

It’s my second time to order from hampers.com but this year the hamper i ordered didnt come in a basket or box (which i didnt realise in the time of purchase- and when i asked for help was told this is by design!) which is quite odd as now i will need to go find a box that fits the contents of this hamper as i cant take it to the team in the ugly delivery box like that! So ended up doing more effort than what i was hoping to achieve by ordering this in the first place. Probably wont b buying again.

Delivered quickly but no note through the door to alert the recipient. Therefore it stayed outside in heavy rain for hours.

We send delivery pictures that the couriers provide us with, so you can notify the recipients if needed. Great range of hampers and really easy to order - however when advertised as next day delivery I thought it would arrive during the day. it ended up arriving between 6pm and 7pm when the person it was gifted to could have been out - it would have been better to have that info before we ordered.

On occasions there may be times where some contents have a lower shelf life than normal, this will always be 2 weeks or more though. I am pleased to hear you liked the selection of goodies! I was not happy at all because I paid extra money for it to be delivered on my daughter- in laws birthday at the end of the month but it was delivered far too early. I don't know about the contents as she has not opened it yet

The hampers are nice but delivery is always a problem. We’ve sent 3 hampers (different dates) and there has been a problem with the delivery of every single one. This meant the cheese had been out of the fridge for 3 days and clotted cream was 2 days out for delivery and was left in the sun by the delivery driver. I’m giving up with sending this type of hamper. They are a nice idea but for food hygiene reasons, there are too many risks.

Delighted with the content and presentation of the hamper. Was upset that I had logged on to the web page that not to late for Xmas delivery. It was only at the end when paying I discovered that delivery would happen after Xmas.

I was a recipient of the hamper but felt that it had too many sweet things. Could have had some savoury biscuits, cheese straws etc but I guess it was colleague's choice. Received some good support from the accounts team which was good. Also liked that the hamper came in cardboard which I could re-cycle.
