“Ordered one day,delivered the next. It is a long time since I received service like this. The best part was being able to see exactly where my order was and knowing at what time it would be delivered. Many thanks for a first class service. “Since I retired my needs for detailing are slight these days. A Yaris verso and a C3 Picasso aren't really exotic for sure, but I still enjoy using quality products which I KNOW I'll get from CYC. I actually trust CYC to look after me and no matter how small my order I'm made to feel like I am the only customer they have had this year. From acceptance to tracking and communicative emails it just flows perfectly. As a winner of businessman of the year waaaay back in 1993 I look for service; if I don't get it I move on, seemples, no messing I'm gone. I KNOW that won't ever happen here though and for the rest of my detailing life I'll always give my custom to CYC! And finally, because I don't say it enough; THANKYOU CYC.”

“Poor service from the delivery company DPD. The first email sent with a tracking number did not work and then it was delivered to a neighbour and a card with a cryptic message was left. I do not want my deliveries left with anyone in the street, and I would like to have this option when making the order. I don't yet have the package - the shop where DPD left the goods is not open (and it is a long weekend). Not happy.”
