“I've used CYC for around 2 years now and every order has gone without a hitch. Every time I've made a query it has been dealt with and answered swiftly. Also, they almost always have what you need in stock which is rare these days. Their product range is second to none and new products that I actually want are regularly added. Little touches such as enclosing a hand written 'thank you' slip just enforce the feeling that this company cares abut its customers. As a small business owner myself, I am always impressed by the way CYC has developed including the huge comunity they have built on their forum etc. The only niggle I have is that they still don't sell screen wash which makes no sense whatsoever! All in all though, a fantastic service at a competitive price. Well done CYC from one very happy customer!”

“Ordered late Monday pm and delivered by Wednesday am with good comms all the way! Very impressive Also wanted to speak to them about one of the products and got straight through and spoke to a knowledgable chap who gave good advice thought the pricing and choice of product was good and liked the website My only gripe would be that I think the postage costs are a little high/or the min order value of a £100 is a bit too much for FOC postage. I spent £80 and had to pay £5 for postage which is approx 6% of the order value. That said it was a good service so like anything you get what you pay for. Would definitely use this company again”

“I've used CleanYourCar for years and have never had a single even minor issue. When I've ordered, the products are normally there within a couple of days, even over Bank Holidays and everything is packaged well ensuring it all gets to me in one piece. The little thank you slips are a nice touch too and adds a personal touch to an internet based service. Sometimes the product I want isn't there but I wouldn't expect any company to stock every item all of the time; it's virtually impossible to achieve. I particularly like how each product has an expert's slant on it; both from a "what does it do" perspective and a "how's best to use it" too. This really helps choosing items much easier. I always recommend to a friend. Keep doing what you're doing !”
