“It would have most certainly been a 5 star rating, but as I shopped as a guest, I was unable to see the progress of ny order. I then registered but the only info I was able to find was that the order was ' being processed' , however I was very pleased to receive my goods ( polisher backing pads ) within a day or so. I will very likely do business again but as a registered customer and hopefully I will be able to keep track, over all good crevice though, thanks.”

“Having ordered items that were in stock I was expecting speedy delivery. After a few days when nothing had arrived I called to what was happening with my order - for some reason it hadn't been processed! At this stage I suppose I could have left negative feedback but I work on the basis that it's not about the problem but how you correct the problem. The guy I spoke to was apologetic and helpful. He said he would find out what had gone wrong and he would call me back. He did - it was a simple error but he had corrected it and my order would be with me the next day. From that moment the tracking through the carrier, DPD, was excellent and the package arrived as expected in the pre-notified 1 hour window. Everything had been carefully packed in a sturdy new box. So, a shaky start but a good recovery and, from ordering, my products were with me in 5 days. I will definitely order again. Thanks”
