“Super speedy service, ordered FAR too close to Xmas and yet you made the whole process really easy! It arrived the NEXT day!!! Lots of emails taking me through each step of my purchase. Really helpful with telling me down to the hour when to expect my delivery. Really satisfied with the product also! The boyfriend is obsessed with his project car, now I know exactly where I will come for all his \'goodies!\' Thanks again :)”

“I made my order on the 27th of july as i was told the pads from the order was due in on the 28th. I was then told the pads were not in and that i would have to wait. THen the pads came in but my order was now short of compound!! This stopped my order from being sent so i would now not receive it for the promised 5th july. I was asked to wait until 8th. The 8th came and went so i phoned up and was told the 10th, and as a way of apology i would also receive some premium cloths. Today is the 10th and my order has finally arrived, minus any sorry letter or cloths. I think this shows that the customer is not given a second thought as i would have expected my order to be put to one side to wait for pads instead it was left to run out of the other items. I am a member on several detailing forums and will be sharing my experience.”

“Just wanted to say after spending years buying overpriced and underachieving products from Halfords I've found my new favourite website. Thanks to the team and Will @ Clean Your Car for the personal note and the quick delivery. Didn't even expect goods to come in nicely packed/padded box and nothing bashed or even slightly damaged. The products you sell are all the best on the market, well reviewed and clearly you provide great customer service. Definitely my go-to for car care now!”

“I had recently purchased the DAS6 Pro/Meguiars 105-205/Hex-Logic pads kit. Ordered this at 7pm and realised the next morning I had forgotten to order a 4 inch pad and 3 inch plate which I needed for the tighter spaces. I called the next morning and they happily added it to the order, saving me additional postage. I also asked some advice during this conversation and Clean Your Car were more than happy to help. As for the items bought, I have used them on my cosmos black BMW E46 and....WOW! The swirls were removed easily with the DAS6 PRO, 105 and orange hex logic then finished perfectly with 205 and the white hex logic pad. I have worked with clients/customers for over 15 years and have a strong belief in great service. Clean Your Cars are one of the few companies that have this same ethic. Thank you”

“My first order with CYC, excellent service and delivery, everything came very well packed. I had one item missing, however a brief phone call and it was immediately on its way. The hand written note is a lovely personal touch that not many companies would take the time to do. First class customer service, great products at great prices - what more could you ask for? “Loved browsing the easy to use website, after comparing prices, with P&P, CYC was simple the cheapest for everything I looked for. After ordering, products were sent out the next day and arrived next day with a surpringly good service from DPD couriers. I rarely look elsewhere now as CYC always seems to be the keenest prices, which is good, but the service is the reason I keep returning. Well done CYC, this is the way internet shopping should be”
