“I ordered my products on Thursday, after adding another item before placing the order I noticed the delivery price had increased and worse the delivery time had increased from two days to up to 3 days. I complained over the phone about this and did not receive a reasonable answer. My products eventually turned up on the Monday which meant I lost the chance over the weekend to do some detailing trials. Disappointing. I have placed orders here on a number of occasions and so have my friends on my recommendation without being disappointed I hope this is just a one off.”

“So happy with my purchase das6pro .I'm the one person ,before who buy anything got big and long searching on market, and I have found CYC .that the right place to do shoping .easy, best prices, fast with no delays. Lots off information about processing your order. Machine itself just get me on my knees ,after I did trunk on my wife car black corsa ,it was whow even for her,I can tell . she's never care about it but even for her noticeable.better than my old double head buffer.thanks guys”

“Use clean your car a few times. Always great prices with quality products. Also they use DPD delivery services which I find to be 1 of the best, this delivery services info you when your package will get delivered. Keep it up! Many many thanks.”

“Clean Your Car seem to have a really good and efficient service. The delivery communications were excellent, with a last e-mail early in the morning giving an accurate time of delivery, within a one hour period. The delivery was made within the first ten minutes of that window, as promised. I can't rate this service highly enough as I didn't have to wait around all morning and I was able to get other things done. The goods, a DAS 6 and various polishing pads etc, arrived very well packed without anything rattling around in the box. The prices from Clean Your Car are as good, if not better, than other companies and having such a wide choice, including complete machine and polish packages, is excellent. I can really recommend these guys and they will be my first stop next time when I need to replenish stock.”

“Great service from Tim. (With the help of DPD) Goods arrived on time and were well packed. Exactly what I hoped for so now it's up to me to find out what I need to do to get rid of some heavy scuff marks on the car's nearside following an encounter with a hedge down a narrow Yorkshire lane. (A large tractor was on the other side and the hedge was an easy choice) A trial run with the polisher has produced good results. Whilst there is lots of detailed information in the guides on the website, a "Quick start" leaflet for uninitiated people like me buying starter kits would be appreciated. As other have mentioned before, we like the hadwritten note from Tim which really does make you feel a valued customer.”

“I have had prompt service in the past from Clean your Car so I can only assume this is a one off, but its still a frustration having no clue as to why an order would take 5 days to dispatch. If something is suddenly out of stock, then an email to inform would be appreciated or if for some other reason just an update as to why things are taking much longer than expected. I ordered late on the 24th Oct with order conformation arriving immediately, but only just received the dispatch note today 29th So am unlikely to receive before the weekend. Hopefully this is a one off but we will see”
