“The sales team were polite and friendly whilst visiting the showroom and very helpful when we required assistance. Once we had ordered the suite, it arrived on time and the delivery team were very professional and took all the waste away without prompting. We would definitely recommend Claytons for any future purchase.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. From the day I made contact to request fabric colour samples, Ian made sure everything went smoothly. I found Claytons online as we don't live in the area but was totally reassured by the friendly and efficient service we received. Our house has difficult access and in the past we've had problems despite warning companies before they deliver so I was a little nervous on the day, but this was totally unfounded. Claytons driver called to give us an approx eta and updated us regularly. On arrival they quickly brought the furniture in and unpacked it, took the rubbish away, and even helped us move out the old furniture. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claytons and will certainly use them next time we need new furniture.”

“Have just returned from spending several hours choosing a suite at Claytons........and what a positive experience it was. We had arranged this visit with Glynis who had organised for a suite to be brought out of the warehouse for us to view. From the moment we walked through the door we were met by friendly staff....and Glynis herself was superb. She gave us time to consider our purchase privately, but was there to answer all our questions and show us alternatives to our initial choices. Listening to our discussions she made gentle suggestions for our consideration, but never harassed or hurried us. Once we had made our decision she introduced us to the delivery drivers, who cheerfully offered their advice re delivery. Thank you so much Glynis for your patience and advice. Although we had made a considerable journey to view the furniture it was more than worth it.”

“Our previous house was carpeted by Claytons and we were completely satisfied with the products and services. We have had our new lounge and dining room carpeted by them and although there was a slight hitch with the carpet itself , Claytons were excellent . We did not pay the outstanding balance ( at the request of Claytons) until we were completely happy and satisfied. They were professional and courteous throughout .”

“From the first visit to the showroom to get some ideas for a new sofa and carpet to the multiple visits that followed working out what would fit and meet our needs, right through to the ordering, the professionalism, patience and help from the staff was second to none. This was just the same for the fitters and delivery staff. Everyone couldn’t have done enough for us and made the whole process a very pleasant one. The end result is we are incredibly pleased both sofa and carpet and would highly recommend using Claytons.”

“Always a good service at Claytons. A good selection of carpets. The staff are helpful without being over attententive. Free fitting without having to spend a small fortune. Don't know why I bother looking anywhere else because I always end up buying from Claytons!”

“I ordered a 3 piece suite I live in the West Midlands so the order was done over the telephone , everything was handled very efficiently and I was kept up to date with the progress of my order. The order was actually delivered 3 weeks earlier than planned which was excellent, the delivery company kept me informed of the time it was delivered 8.00am which was excellent the furniture was well wrapped and protected. I would recommend Claytons to anyone and would certainly use them again.”

“When I was in the shop I was given time to look round, with checks to see if I needed help. Once I asked for advice it was useful guidance. The man who measured and the fitters were also efficient. I’ve had the carpet down for a few weeks and am very pleased with it. And the service overall. This is my third carpet from Claytons and I would return to them for another.”

“We browsed cushion floor Tuesday and it was fitted Wednesday , Lovely knowledgeable fellow in store and the fitters arrived on time and did a cracking job so thank you to all concerned we love it Graham and Joan Bordoli ,”
