“Wonderful products, next day delivery and a perfect fit. Customer service was amazing when I received the wrong item, they offered a full refund + postage and informed me that they actually organise collection of any refunds so definitely worth calling them first in case of any issues. The person I spoke to was so nice and we received all of items in less than 24 hours, just in time for a family wedding and the whole outfit looked even nicer in person and was a perfect fit. My dad has bought many Claudio Lugli shirts over the years but never made a purchase online before and I have to say he was thrilled with the whole experience. 5* for quality, customer service and delivery”

“DPD delivered my shirt to the wrong address. Claudio Lugli were extremely helpful chasing them up - promising full refund if they were unsuccessful. With their help I finally received my shirt which is, of course, excellent. If DPD can get their act together I'll be buying from Claudio again.”
