“I emailed into Clair De Lune asking for some information in regards to screws I was missing but I required them for the rebuild of my Moses basket stand for baby number 2. Jessey replied almost instantly, asking for my details, and posted the said screws and fittings out the same day for me, no questions asked, which I received the next day. I really did not expect this high level of service, I genuinely just wanted to know which screws I needed to buy, but it has saved me so much hassle by Jessey sending these to me when I’m heavily pregnant. It’s really really just such a small thing which has made such a difference for me! “My initial basket was received and was lovely, but the inside cover had a small joke in it. Emailed customer service and they sent me out a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement didn’t arrive (likely due to Royal Mail) so I whacked back and got a quick response that it had been posted again. Sure enough received it the next day.
