We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

So pleased that you enjoyed the chocolates, and sorry that the card has all the chocolates listed, this is because the chocolates are made fresh and so differ from day to day what may get packed so we have to cover everything.

“Lovely little boxes of delicious fresh treats for all the family Christmas presents and from a local producer too - perfect! What a shame I didn't notice the £5 discount email before I placed my order, maybe I will get another to use as I will be back for more. Perhaps I will call in and select random chocolates as we did in the summer a few years before Covid.”

“I bought three boxes of these wonderful looking chocolates as Christmas gifts and my family tell me they are delicious, so nice that they didn’t share them with me! The packaging was lovely too and make a really special gift. I will definitely buy from this seller again.”

“I ordered chocolate penguins for Christmas presents. The penguins were a hit as they not only looked good but the chocolate tasted fantastic. Overall a good buy and I am sure I will be back buying more.”

“I bought a box of the festive collection of chocolates for Mum for her Christmas birthday. She took them home with her (so she couldn't share - Boo!) and has just phoned to say she ate five last night. She couldn't stop once she'd started and says they are utterly delicious with such unusual fillings. I think we'll be back for more!”

“My order was scheduled for delivery on Dec.20th,when it had not appeared on Dec.22nd I phoned the company,who eventually informed me that the parcel was probably held up in a Royal Mail sorting office,and as I would not now receive my order before Xmas(It was a gift!) they would replace my order with another and send it by Royal Mail 24 hr.Tracking system. The new order arrived on Dec.24th in time for Xmas for which I was very grateful. On Dec.29th I received a card from Royal Mail informing me that they have a parcel for me which cannot be delivered because the sender has not paid the postage. I assumed it was the missing Chococo order and paid £3.50 to have it delivered,which has happened today Jan.5th. However,there was only 1 box(I had ordered 2 originally!),so I am now confused as to whether the order was not carried out as I assumed it would be,or someone at the Royal Mail sorting office has decided that they fancied 1 of the boxes for themself! Either way,the experience has left me wondering about whether I would use this company again. A bit disillusioned!!”

Oh no, what a shame, we are sorry you feel like this. Sadly, very occasionally, once one thing goes wrong, everything seems to go wrong (perhaps especially in the last posting days before Christmas)! If you'd contacted our Customer Care team to let us know about the missing postage, we would have had the chance to reimburse you and say sorry properly.
