About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Disappointed with the design and appearance of the box - not striking enough relevant to the price of the contents. As this was an Easter Egg, and as a present, I was unable to check if the contents were/are intact! Obviously I cannot comment on the contents or the actrual chocolate - I just hope they are not a disappointing as the presentation box and the poor packing that it got delivered in.”

“Really disappointing. I have purchased eggs and chocolates from you for easter for some time. I made 2 orders last week, one for my daughter and another for my son. The first was delivered no issue but the second one not at all. When advising off the non delivery you contacted the recipient and essentially advised him that he should go searching for the missing item which is not very professional, delivery was paid for and it is up to the sender to track this down. Really not the level of service I had come to expect from you.”

“I ordered some Easter Eggs which we haven't opened yet, and a small box of the actual chocolates which are always delicious. Two things I'd love Chococo to do: First off, please make the leaflet describing the chocolates a LOT bigger (it doesn't have to be in the box with the chocolates, it could come separately), or if that isn't practical then please have the option to get a large print version of the leaflet included in the order. Secondly: please tick the chocolates that are actually in the box. Our box had 9 chocolates, the leaflet had at least four times that plus some extra cards for other flavours that weren't in the box either. Both of these things are annoying and detract from the excellence of the chocolates themselves.”
