About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“Really exquisite chocolates of the highest quality, they never fail to impress. Their presentation is equally impressive and as such make a really nice gift. Although I wish they would use a different delivery agent.”

“We ordered Chococo Easter eggs last year and they were delicious. We always visit the shop anyway when we are in Swanage. This year we ordered the very large Ocean eggs. They were posted the day I ordered them and arrived in a couple of days. Thank you all so much.”

“Truly delicious and beautiful chocolates. Imaginative flavours using many locally sourced ingredients, and no plastic packaging which is a definite plus. Highly recommended. One small negative - on this occasion when I opened the box half the chocolates were upside down which slightly diminished the initial visual “wow” I usually express upon opening Chococo chocolates.”

Thank you, it's great to hear that we usually wow you, and you're clearly a fan of Chococo's ethos. Sorry to hear about your upside-down chocs. We can only think that your parcel had quite a bumpy ride with Royal Mail - as you know we do all we can using petit fours cases and cardboard grids (no plastic here) to try to ensure our chocolates fit snugly in the box - and it is unusual for this to happen.

“I was very disappointed as I paid extra for this to be delivered on 14th Feb as indicated on your website and it arrived on the 12th. The package was left outside in the pooring rain and the box and wrapping were all very wet.”

I am sorry that your parcel arrived early and a real shame that the local post person left it outside. We sent all valentines orders out on the Friday as we cannot count a Saturday as a confirmed delivery date, but Royal Mail were able to delivery to you on the Saturday, this is why you had a early delivery, we would of excepted it to arrive on the Monday.
