We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Order and delivery of large box of award winners dealt with very efficiently and pleasantly by Roz. Before ordered queried diversion between email and website re £5 discount on first purchase, and no weights being quoted on site for boxes of chocolates. Both queries clarified-discount applied to first spend OVER £25 not £35, no weights quoted as individual chocolates weight varies as hand made. Think a total weight range should still be shown.. Size of individual chocolates of the same type was somewhat variable. Pictures of box and chocolates contained on site make them appear larger than they are, think box size could be quoted. Chocolates sit too deep in cardboard separators to be easily accessed, perhaps the brown paper container could have a tab to pull. However quality of chocolates was excellent, in no way run of the mill. The sort of chocolates you only need to eat 2 of at a time, being very satisfying, gourmet, a high cocoa content, with distinctive centres. So though not cheap, you are getting value for money, and a product not to be compared with bog standard chocolate boxes. Worked well as a congratulatory gift to our daughter, thankyou.”

“I ordered a chocolate biscuit ring online which arrived in good time but was broken in a few places. Fortunately it tasted delicious and was loved by everyone especially the pieces of chocolate that had fallen off the side.”

Thank you, and sorry to hear that your Jubilee Biscuit Crown suffered a bit in transit. We pack them as well as we can to avoid breakages, but sometimes the postie can be a little 'exuberant'! Any pieces of chocolate that fall off are certainly fair game for family and friends and don't count towards your slice ;-)

“whilst the chocolate itself was lovely with a good texture and dark chocolate flavour the extra flavours didn't match up. there was insufficient ginger and the chilli though pleasant needed to be stronger.”

“Superb (in fact sublime) tasting chocolates. There wasn't a single one I didn't enjoy - although some favourites did emerge! The website could do with improvement however - it's rather clunky and frustrating to use - although persevering is definitely worth it! Similarly, it is hard to extract some of the chocolates from the box - and I didn't notice the slip of paper inside suggesting the removal of the dividers until I'd already put my finger through a couple of chocolates!”

“I bought 2 plates of 100% Madagaskar chocolate as well as a mixed easter shapes tube. Very good chocolate except there was definitely something wrong with the second plate of the Madagaskar chocolate. The first one was just as I expected, smooth and bitter but with a hint of fruity sweetness but the second one was much more bitter, grainy and had no fruityness at all which made me very sad because I love Madagaskar chocolate. I was so happy to find a place where they sell it as 100% but I don't know if I'll order again because I feel worried that I might get disappointed again.”

Thank you for your review, and we're sorry to hear that one of your bars of 100% Madagascar wasn't up to scratch. It's very strange for one bar to be perfect and the other to not only have a different texture but to taste different. If you'd let us know at the time we could have had a look into it and put it right. We don't like any of our customers to be disappointed.

“I bought chocolate for family members for their birthdays (so I can’t say what it was: suffice to say that I was pleased. But I treated myself (it has to be done) to some golden chocolate fish. They are truly wonderful. They smell amazing and are a perfect balance of creamy, not too sweet, caramel chocolate. I could eat all 6 in one sitting, but didn’t. Self indulgence at its best.”
