About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“Chocolate order arrived broken, I consider the packaging lacking. As it was a present for my son, not impressed. Did communicate my concerns to Chococo but did not receive acknowledgement or reply. Will not use this company again. Such a shame as their products looked very special and unusual.”

Sorry to hear this, but we don't appear to have heard about your broken chocolate, so we're not sure how you communicated your concerns to us. We have a very responsive Customer Care team who are on hand to ensure all our customers have a great experience, and we are surprised to read this review. All we can do is apologise for any damage sustained, which we can only presume took place in transit, however we should mention that the slabs which you bought for your son are hand-cut from large trays so it may have looked like the pieces were broken when they weren't.

“Have ordered these chocs, as a bit of a luxury, for Xmas for the past x years - so maybe that's enough said. I lived in Wareham in Dorset up until 7;years ago and witnessed the birth of the company and have enjoyed their success. That aside, always have time for companies that put themselves out to save the planet.”

“First time I ordered these chocolates and the feedback from my family is that some of the chocolates tasted poor. We normally order hotel chocolat.”

“Beautiful beautiful chocolate. The chocolate Christmas lollipops are just fabulous and bigger than expected. The chocolate Christmas tree is just fab, and how brilliant that a tree will be planted because of the purchase.”

“As always fabulously presented, packaged securely, arrived on time for me to be able to treat myself to one a day in the run up to Christmas! Managed to keep my hands off them, until the 1st December! My treat of the year! Have sent many gifts over the years and everyone has been thrilled! Your awards are well deserved and thechocolates speak for themselves. Ordered the non vegan advent box. Purely an adult indulgence! Have passed your details onto many of my friends! “Love the vegan advent calender, have purchased them for last 3 years, not usually fan of alcohol in chocolates, but the ones that do have them I do like, only ones I'm still not sold on is chilli in chocolate, but that's not enough to change my opinion on these great chocolates. Bonus is that packaging is all card so easily recycled.”

“Purchased gluten and dairy free Christmas chocolates for a gift. They look great and I know they will be demolished very quickly! also received chocolate box myself last Christmas and they were all delicious . I’m hoping for more this year!! Packaged beautifully and quick delivery. Would highly recommend . 🥳”

“I am really disappointed! My delivery never arrived. I chased Royal Mail and even Chococo and haven’t received anything and I ordered a week and half ago. I brought a few items as gift for my dinner guest but I had to look for alternative option as I didn’t receive anything. Will need to chase Chococo for a refund. Very disappointed.”

We're disappointed too. We can see that as soon as you contacted us we were on the case and we dealt with the problem caused by Royal Mail. We were both let down because of that and we're sorry your parcel was lost.
