We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“As a dark chocolate lover I throughly enjoyed my chocolate box. The coffee flavoured chocolates were amazing. My only preference would be less alcohol flavoured chocolates or an option to have alcohol free boxes as they are not my favourite. Would definitely buy again though!!”

“After seeing an advert on social media, I had to order one of their Easter eggs for my son. They have a dark chocolate egg, with a turtle and starfish moulded inside. Obviously costs more than your average egg but it's something unique. It arrived quickly and is beautifully packaged. Could perhaps be a little larger for the price but I know it will be greatly enjoyed.”

“My mum loved her chocolates. However I am not aware that I have received the refund due as I paid for 1st class but it was sent out 2nd class and therefore arrived late I phoned and was told it was Chococo at fault and I would be reimbursed. This has not been done”

“Just received my first order and wow! I ordered a medium milk chocolate selection box and Cherry, Orange & Almond Milk Chocolate Clusters for my husband’s birthday. Delivery was really quick and the presentation was beautiful. The chocolates were absolutely amazing, the best we’ve ever tasted. They tasted really fresh and the flavours were stunning. Can’t see how we can ever buy any other chocolate brand from now on. Thank you so much”

“Dear Chococo, In December I purchased chocolates for a friend. They were delivered on time and were very favourably commented upon. However, my experience recently was not so positive. I initially made a mistake, sending chocolates to myself instead of to whom I had intended. I was attempting to get them delivered on a specific date and in the process lost the plot with the website and omitted to check the delivery address (my mistake). Having made that error I was very careful when sending chocolates to the correct address and was therefore horrified when on receiving confirmation of my order, the website showed that both the sender and the receiver identified with the receiver's details. Fortunately it was during the week and within the working day-time so I telephoned. I was told that there were technical issues, it was clear that I was not the only one who experienced this problem, but although I was assured that no prices would go with the delivery I felt that my concern was not taken seriously. The reason for my call to Chococo was that the last thing I wanted (which I felt was a legitimate concern) was for the receiver to receive a delivery note with quoted prices on their 80th birthday! If I had completed a review on the Christmas delivery it would have been a much higher star rating.”
