“Its so worth while to order quality tea from the Chiswick Tea Co. I have recently received a consignment of English Breakfast and Organic Assam teas. Both deliver relaxation, refreshment and rejuvenation with a real depth of taste. I find I drink less tea throughout the day as the morning cups I enjoy satisfy my daily need. This means I have less caffeine before bed. Ordering online is simple and the delivery has been problem free. I also like the resealable containers. So... all in all, I'm a happy customer.”

“I have bought quite a few of these glass teapots! Sadly the last one got a crack along the bottom. Not sure why!? If you could make a bigger one to hold more water that would be wonderful!”

“I am testing several mint teas and have found the Chiswick not to be my favourite. This is not to say Chiswick are not a great company The Mint Trio is well packaged and arrived in good time.”

“Impressed by Customer Services. Excellent products. I would Highly recommend this company for everyone. Prompt response. I will purchase again very soon. Only one issue is that the new paper bag is less quality than the old style foil bag.”

“Still a great flavor but not quite as good as it used to be. I assume the reason for the new packaging in the white paper is to save money but I thought tea was supposed to be kept in the dark.”

“My favourite tea at the moment; great depth of flavour and extremely refreshing. Could be a little stronger (requires very little milk) but that is a minor gripe. Everyone I serve this tea to remarks on its amazing flavour and asks where I get it from.”

“I've been ordering from Chiswick tea for some time, as I really enjoy the taste. I was a bit disappointed on this occasion as I wanted 500g, but the 2x250g option wasn't available so I had to buy two 250g bags. Exactly the same product, but the price was higher. Not impressed.”

“My wife loves the Rooibos tea, it has great flavour and is the best we've found since our previous 2 suppliers retired and closed their businesses. My only complaint is that you send out a 'Chiswick Tea' coaster with each order. We don't need them so they are a waste of money and resources as they just go in the bin! You could charge less if you didn't have to pay for coasters!”

“Sadly there was no jasmine silver needle tea so thought I would give Jasmin green tips a try. It’s not as good as the silver needle but still a smooth round flavour with just the right scent of jasmine.”

“The first batch I received I bought it in a tin. It was creamy with a delicate hint of bergamot Although I purchased a second batch, without the tin. This batch lacked the creamy texture and tasted quite bitter”

“I occasionally buy from this company as I believe the tea to be good quality and priced well compared to rivals. However I was recently disappointing in their customer service as I'd ordered the wrong tea so sent an email to them straight away to ask for a swap to a different tea, but they didn't get back to me for a few days after the tea had been delivered. Otherwise they are great and my tea arrived within 48 hours of a morning placed order. I will continue to use them”

“The teas are excellent from Chiswick teas. They always arrive swiftly and beautifully packed.. Last time I placed an order however a lot of varieties and sizes seemed to be sold out..”
