“The tea quality is excellent, however I have been a loyal client for a while and I have never received a discount code. I do appreciate it that it's a small company, but I believe that they could offer a discount code once in a while.”

“I bought Silver Needle Tea from Chiswick Tea Company. It arrived in perfect condition and very speedily. The price was very good, the last time I bought Silver Needle was from a tea merchant in Strasbourg - it was over three times the price!”

“I am a new customer, but I will definitely be a regular customer! I purchased the Organic Earl Grey and the Organic Asam. I absolutely love the Earl Grey and my partners favourite is the Asam. The Earl Grey actually tastes more like Lady Grey, due to the added zest,which why I love it so much! I've been drinking so much of it, that I already need to re-order! Extremely good customer service too and quick delivery. What more do you want, for me its the best tea I've ever had!”

“I get my Mao Feng delivered from Chiswick tea. It is by far the best I have come across. It is lovely large leaves that I just put in the bottom of my mug, pour hot water on and then they stay in the bottom. No need to strain. There is no dust. It was also delivered very quickly.”
