“I found the website a bit difficult to navigate but the products and the service were excellent. Just love the Organic Hibiscus tea. I also purchased a really useful tea strainer, good quality and well worth the money. Delivery was quick and my order arrived well packaged. I will certainly be using the Chiswick Tea Co. again.”

“Apart from the fact that it took something like 5 attempts at delivery before I finally got my loose tea strainer, the product itself is fine and does what I wanted it to do admirably.”

“I ordered the hibiscus loose leaf tea. The order arrived quicker than expected, I chose second class delivery. Beautifully packaged to keep this tea fresh. I will use Chiswick Tea again. Having said that, as a keen matcha tea drinker, I was surprised to find it not available from this specialist tea company.”

“Tea arrived quickly, unfortunately the Lemon Trio has a bit too much lemon grass and not enough of the other lemon flavours Will have to find some extra lemon peel to change that”

“First review: My first order was for Goomtee. I received Rohini. It is OK, though not Gooomtee. I contacted Chiswick who apologised saying the website was out of date and that they would amend it. After a couple of months of drinking the Rohini estate Darjeeling, I decided I'd prefer more. I received 1kg of Darjeeling first flush tea without any indication of the estate(s) from which it was picked. I do hope I receive better information. I haven't sampled this latest delivery - I'll await the response....! Second review ( 12/10/2017): Prompt response, with apologies and a confirmation that the 1kg batch was from the Rohini Estate. I have tried the tea, enjoyed it as has a friend who I've converted to the delights of first flush ( and some second flush) Darjeeling teas. I will be ordering more in due course, for myself and friend. I will check before I order the estate from which the tea is picked. I'm reasonably confident that I will be at least reasonably satisfied with the next batch - even if it is from a different estate.”
