“I love the different types of tea Chiwick tea sell, and I would not settle for tea bags.”

“Nice little teapot for two cups of tea. Teapot shape is perfect for flowering tea as you can easy enjoy its beauty. A stainless steel removable wire coil filter is very useful part of the product. Glass seems too thin and fragile, though.”

“Tea is always well packaged and of excellent quality. Always feel confident that the tea I am getting is of the highest standard. Where I have had problems in the past Chiswick Tea Co. have been quick to respond and resolve the issue.”

“The tea taste is great. The dried flowers look really good and you new what you drink! Great packaging too although the closing mechanism came off the side of the bag and is not airtight anymore (hence 4 stars). Overall is a great product and I will buy it again but they could look into improving the bag quality, perhaps changing the bag manufacture to make the experience 100% satisfactory.”

“I have made several purchases from this company and can honestly say that the tea is of excellent quality, for a fair price. I have become an oolong lover since finding these teas, and my 'tea experience' has been enhanced. I will continue to shop with CTC. My only niggle is that delivery could sometimes be a little faster, with one purchase taking almost a week to arrive.”
