my order arrived via Royal Mail but the photograph of it went directly to my junk mail so I never knew it was there and so it must have been stolen after a few days of its arrival as it was left inside the street door of our building.

The system for payment is nonsensical, for example your system refused to except my post code and My telephone number. Endless trying to prove that I can distinguish grapes and other fruits........the purchase process very combersome.It's only because of the tea that I would bother with you. Regards. (- 1 out of 10 ).

2 weeks after I ordered and payed, I didn't get the tea, so I cannot rate the product at all.

Quality of glass cups and saucers is not acceptable and actually dangerous. The saucers are not made for the cups and the cups move around with hot liquid in them. You can carry them without risking pouring hot water on yourself. Customer service told me to use cold water and they won’t move around.

I really do not enjoy giving bad reviews. I found Chiswick Tea's Camomile Tea on Amazon and was delighted with it so ordered a few more from Chiswick direct. Despite the website saying they ship in 24hrs using Royal Mail's tracked service it didn't appear on the RM website for a week and I still haven't received the three teas yet so I can't say whether the packaging was damaged or give any reviews of the three individual teas.

My first order was cancelled as they decided that they had underpriced the tea bags. No apology or attempt to make up for the inconvenience.

j'ai commandé le 2 décembre 2019, nous somme le 14 décembre et je n'ai toujours rien reçu !!! le port m'a couté 2 fois le prix de la marchandise !!! mais j'ai accepté car j'étais pressé !!! et toujours pas de nouvelle ! un scandale... à éviter Chiswick tea Co. J-F Cholley

You are very difficult to get hold of. When I did get you on the phone you were disinterested. I have waited several months to get the tea I wanted. I cannot check back very often and I often source my tea elsewhere while I wait for you.

Very disappointed with your service- delivery to Ireland takes now 10 days now and I still didn't receive my order, no solution from your customer service. This was the first and the last time I purchased from you

Their website needs updating. They are losing business because 10g, 50, 100, 250g bags are not available. I don't need 1kg of Iron Buddha but I'd certainly take 100g of it if I could get it. This is the case with about 50% of the tea on the website. Purchased what I could and the tea is excellent however coming back to their website after 2 months, the aforementioned issues haven't been resolved. Am forced to shop elsewhere simply because the quantities I want are not available.

Hi, I am sorry that the Iron Buddha is out of stock, we are currently awaiting the new seasons harvest which is about 6 weeks away. The other teas that are out of stock will also be delivered around the same time, these teas are generally only available for us to purchase once a year with each season. It is not always possible to keep everything in stock and towards the end of the last season some of our popular teas do run low on stock.
