I haven't received my order yet as the Irish VAT was not paid on the item , but the UK VAT was, for which I am not liable as the teapot was shipping out of the UK

I bought 500mg of Organic Earl Grey. It just doest have that Bergamon taste, which i love, sadly not my cup of tea.

Wrote to Chiswick Tea Co. For advice and suggested the entirely wrong lid part for my teapot. They sent me a lid for a 900ml teapot when mine was about 600ml! It was far too large! After complaining that it would.cost me more than three times the price of the lid to return it than it cost me to pay for sending the incorrect one and for returning the one that they sent! The lid only cost £1.99, however, postage cost £2.95 each way and 33p tax. They did say that they would refund me the £1.99 and that I could keep the lid which was quite useless to me. I would have thought that they might have given me a free return label and sent me the correct size lid! However, that was not suggested or offered! Really, disappointed!

my order arrived via Royal Mail but the photograph of it went directly to my junk mail so I never knew it was there and so it must have been stolen after a few days of its arrival as it was left inside the street door of our building.

The system for payment is nonsensical, for example your system refused to except my post code and My telephone number. Endless trying to prove that I can distinguish grapes and other fruits........the purchase process very combersome.It's only because of the tea that I would bother with you. Regards. (- 1 out of 10 ).

Quality of glass cups and saucers is not acceptable and actually dangerous. The saucers are not made for the cups and the cups move around with hot liquid in them. You can carry them without risking pouring hot water on yourself. Customer service told me to use cold water and they won’t move around.

I really do not enjoy giving bad reviews. I found Chiswick Tea's Camomile Tea on Amazon and was delighted with it so ordered a few more from Chiswick direct. Despite the website saying they ship in 24hrs using Royal Mail's tracked service it didn't appear on the RM website for a week and I still haven't received the three teas yet so I can't say whether the packaging was damaged or give any reviews of the three individual teas.

My first order was cancelled as they decided that they had underpriced the tea bags. No apology or attempt to make up for the inconvenience.

j'ai commandé le 2 décembre 2019, nous somme le 14 décembre et je n'ai toujours rien reçu !!! le port m'a couté 2 fois le prix de la marchandise !!! mais j'ai accepté car j'étais pressé !!! et toujours pas de nouvelle ! un scandale... à éviter Chiswick tea Co. J-F Cholley
