“Tea is great and delivery is prompt. I would like it if they could package tea in paper (as in times gone by) rather than the plastic pouches that most tea companies seem to use nowadays. The tea doesn't hang around long enough for it to matter.”

“ORDER 1000112256 A re-order of Jasmine Pearls: The usual smooth and swift ordering and delivery process however, this batch has a slight soapy taste to it compared to the previous order. This not an issue as after a couple of brews we’ve use to the taste. Have you changed supplier?”

“The services are excellent. The responding are prompt. Dispatching & delivery very fast. Return item/s was a rocket, within 24hrs I received the refund. Just some tea ware products need more explanations. Otherwise I would highly recommend this company to everyone indeed.”

“Yellow Gold tea (an oolong) is so fragrant it's reminiscent of jasmine teas; Yunnan Gold (black) was pleasant enough - and looks remarkably like Golden Monkey Tail, always a pretty sight - but was not as "malty" as expected so I'm going to try brewing it stronger next time. The infuser is excellent quality but a bit big; on the plus side, you can brew either a single mug (beware of sticking too much tea in, a good pinch looks tiny in its depths) or an entire pot. However, as it's wide rather than tall & tapered, a 2-mug brew in a 4-mug pot is out of the question as the water doesn't reach all the leaves! Minor quibbles.”

“Excellent lemon and ginger tea pyramids. Delivery was a little slower than we have all come to expect ( about a week) but product and packaging excellent.”
