I occasionally buy from this company as I believe the tea to be good quality and priced well compared to rivals.
However I was recently disappointing in their customer service as I'd ordered the wrong tea so sent an email to them straight away to ask for a swap to a different tea, but they didn't get back to me for a few days after the tea had been delivered.
Otherwise they are great and my tea arrived within 48 hours of a morning placed order. I will continue to use them
