“I ordered a charm for my daughters first communion, this was slightly delayed but when I spoke to the assistant in the shop, she advised she would watch for it coming in and call me, she did this and when I collected it she was warm and welcoming and ask questions about my daughter and wished us a good day fir the communion, wonderful person service, thank you.”

“I accidently purchased 2 Vivienne Westwood watches online over the Easter bank holiday. I messaged as soon as i realised not expecting a reply until after Easter. The lovely lady that i spoke too was fantastic and sorted it for me on the Saturday. Thankyou”
