“I recently purchased a wolf cap watch winder however before buying I had one to one chat to make sure the watch was compatible I was assured that it was on arrival the watch would not go in I have sent the winder back now 3 weeks and still awaiting for my money back I will be calling today with regards to my refund”

“Having visited all the main jewellers in Golden Square Warrington looking for a quality ladies watch we walked into the shop and met Emma who was attentive, well informed and extremely helpful. We purchased a Longines ladies watch. I’d definitely recommend the store and staff who worked together as a team to help my wife choose. Thank you”

“I bought a diamond ring a year ago I wore it a few times and it oxidised 18K . I wonder what my ring will look like in a few years. I have gold of 9k,14 k but none of them have been made like this and I have had them for years I paid 3.000 pounds.I m so sorry I spent so much money on something I didn’t deserve!Not recommend this company.I want to make a complain!I am very disappointed 😔”

“On initial store visit (to remediate an on-line purchase), sales assistant was quite abrupt and not very engaging. More personable second visit to collect purchase. Based on this experience not convinced that in-store service offers much above that available on-line. Generally a wee bit disappointed with overall service and inability to clarify/confirm purchase due to limited in store range - sizes in particular.”
