“I bought a watch from the Arndale Manchester store which turned out to be 2nd hand. The replacement watch for this is being classed as a SPECIAL ORDER. I now want to cancel for a refund but have been told I can't due to the special order. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANIES REFUND POLICY. The situation is still ongoing and I am dealing with Managers Michael and Asal. Very disappointed in this company.”

“Extremely pleased with my purchase of the Rado Captain Cook. There was some confusion as I didn't get a notification of purchase until I phoned up but it was the last one in stock double checked for me that is was available, which it was. It then came the next day which was an amazing surprise. Really happy. Have already recommended Chisholm Hunter to others.”
