“I was able to find what i was looking for, while there was a bit of a problem with purchasing online which could have been my fault, they gave excellent support and service, the item arrived safely and quickly in the post would certainly buy from Chisholm Hunter again.”

“Treated myself to a new watch and visited the Chester branch to view the model on my bucket list. The four staff members were so warm and welcoming, one lady made me a gorgeous cup of tea which set me up for a great experience. I was then introduced to Richard, what a knowledgeable, friendly, honest person, he was in a different league as far as customer service goes, never once being smart or pushy just a really really nice person. I’ve worked with many people over the years and know a nice person when I meet one and Richard was one of those who just told you everything you wanted and needed to know and did it in a lovely calm manner. I bought the watch and it was the whole customer experience from the cup of tea to Richard explaining this watch in the greatest detail and showing me things I didn’t know which made the sale. Can’t praise this branch and these four people highly enough, oh and because I was late arriving they all had to remain in branch until 20 minutes past their finish time, I felt awful and kept apologising but they were so so accommodating and pleasant. Richard and the team you are real customer ambassadors for the Chrisholm Hunter group, thank you so much for making a long trip so enjoyable and another bucket list ticked off.”

“Went into the glasgow fort store to get some links removed from a watch my wife had purchased for me. . Unfortunately I didn't get the young girls name. Long black hair, got 2 or 3 removed whilst I was away doing other stuff.came back . Watch was still too loose, she took some more off a couple of times whilst I was there. Then finally fitted perfectly. Gave me the watch and box etc back . I said I've still to pay,. There was no charge. I didn't even buy the watch from there, . Was chuffed to say the least. Was not expecting that. So popped back in with a tin of chocolates for her to say thank you. Very much appreciated”

“Very recently purchased an exquisite eternity ring from Chisholm Hunter in Warrington and cannot thank the staff enough for all their help and guidance throughout the whole process. Zoe was fantastic in helping me get the right size ring as I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis - nothing was too much trouble for her. The expertise and customer service in this establishment is second to none. I visited several jewellers in both St Helen’s and Warrington and there was no comparison. If you are looking for a ring for a special occasion or a gift for someone and appreciate great customer service with a friendly smile then get yourself down to Chisholm Hunter in Warrington and to you won’t go wrong.”
