“I was really excited to order my ashes ring when reading the comments and reviews. I paid online and receive my ashes bag very quickly, I returned the ashes and the company received them on Friday 28th June. ( I know from chasing myself) I havnt received an single email since I posted the ashes. I have had to chase numerous times with the Facebook page as usual delivery is within 10 days, Ive been waiting for plus 3 weeks now.. I tried chasing through email and no reply. I have had no email out of curtiousy to say my order will be late, again only got told there's a problem within the making department. If its going to be later than usual then I should of received an email explaining this. I'm still yet to recieve my ring and from this customer service I've received when we get future memorial jewellery we will go to another company. I'm generally shocked by the customer service I had recived.”
