“The beautiful sunflower urn I ordered was absolutely gorgeous so pleased with it Would highly recommend this company ... It was delivered within a couple of days and the packaging was 100% break proof I thought it was a nice touch also that a small perfume pouch was also included You will not be disappointed...”

“The most amazing experience from start to finish. I called to chase the delivery as I had it planned to give to my boyfriend as a present with his mum's ashes in a ring and even though I was impatient the staff were still so sweet and sincere everytime. “Unfortunately one of the two urns that we ordered had a faulty clasp on the box - very quickly resolved by the easy no-cost process of returning the faulty item & a replacement was dispatched immediately - So full marks for service & yes the urns are exactly as required & expected”

“Bought a locket and two elements. All beautiful, well packaged and presented with a certificate of authenticity. Loved the reassuring email telling me that they had received the ashes of my two dogs in the post and that they were safe. Excellent communication and service.
