“During what is a difficult process of ordering an urn for our Dad, Cherished Urns were helpful and accommodating. With the urn we had selected being our of stock they placed our order and once back in stock, they posted to us. The urn arrived in a beautiful box and it is beautiful. Very fitting for my Dad.”

“I ordered the swarovski heart shaped pendant, and it arrived quickly, and is beautiful. The only comment is that I ordered the part that contains in the ashes in black, and it is more grey - but thinking about it this would be obvious because the ashes are whiteish, and I'm sure this would be the case with any colour ordered. Still lovely and will really cherish it always.”

“I placed a order with cherished urns, the urn arrived just has they said it would well packaged and when we opened the box we where delighted with the urn it was well worth what it cost worth every penny. the blue was perfect and the butterflies made it all the better Thank you Cherished urns.”

“The turnaround time for the items is very long (probably the only flaw in their service), but the items are beautiful, and from what I can see they treat every customer individually. Communication is great an answers were prompt.”

Most of our memorial jewellery is ordered in Sterling Silver which we hold in stock and so it can be crafted and shipped normally within a week. However, pieces in 9kt gold, like yours, have to be specially ordered and so, of course, that means that they take longer to complete. We hope that the loveliness of your ring makes up for the wait and that our policy of keeping you updated throughout the process made the time pass a little quicker.
