“The ring took 6 weeks to arrive because of a delay in getting my size, but it was well worth the extra wait. I was kept informed at every step in the process which was very important. Cherished Urns care for their customers is excellent. The ring fits perfectly and I now have my son with me again in a perfect piece of jewellery. Thank you so much.”

“The pack for sending ashes got lost in the post. Cherished Urns sent another pack out which I received the next day, because of this delay, which was no fault of theirs, they prioritised my order and I received my ring three days later. It is beautiful. Thank you x”

“Hi the website was easy to follow and the items arrived on time and were packaged well. The biodegradable urn is beautiful and the small keepsake is a high spec. very pleased with my purchase, would have purchased more but out of stock. would use them again.”

“This service was excellent. I was emailed to say my mums ashes had arrived, and that the jewellery was being made, down to the exact time slot it was being delivered. It took just over a week due t being bank holiday. I would definitely reccomend them.”

“Email communications on placing the order and confirming receipt of the ashes were sensitive and very clear, so this was good. The ring was delayed in manufacture, and I had to chase for an update, so it would have been better if I was informed that there was a slight delay without having to chase; however, I did receive a very quick reply to my chase, which put my mind at ease. The recipient likes the ring very much and said that it is beautiful.”

“I ordered a ring and found the whole process painless. Ordering it was easy and I was kept up to date on all aspects from measuring my ring size to sending the ashes. They confirmed receipt of everything and then told me when delivery was due. The timescale from ordering to receipt was way quicker than I expected.”

“I ordered my ashes ring and the order pack arrived within 2 days...following them receiving my ashes I had my ring delivered to me by courier in a beautiful presentation box and bag, along with unused ashes. The whole process was professional, prompt and friendly and I am overjoyed with my ring which I also feel was reasonably priced. :-)”
