“I'm really glad I found the website for Cherished Urns. It was easy to order online. I didn't have to answer any questions or make small talk, I could browse through and howl my head off as I was doing it. When I found the item I purchased I knew it was right. “Hi Mark. We were very impressed with the quality of our memorial bear. However, If there was to be one little critism it would be this. We put our ashes into a small container with lid for safety and security, before inserting them into the bear. Failure to do this we feel, would have meant the ashes would have fallen out as the only means of security was with a valcro fastening. This doesn't detract from the quality of the bear in any way, I hope it is useful feedback. Thanks Joe Bibby”

Dear Joe, thanks for your lovely review and your comments regarding our Memorial Bear. When this bear was put through CE testing, the lab reported that it was necessary to use velcro rather than a zip fastening on the back of the bear. This is in incase a young child or baby should pick up the bear, and somehow manage to remove / swallow the zip fastener. Therefore we made the appropriate changes. The velcro is really strong and should help keep everything inside the bear safely. Thanks once again, Mark

“Very efficient service. After ordering a ring and sending them the ashes to put inside, they emailed to advise when they had safely received my sons ashes. A lovely touch when dealing with something so precious.”

“Item was not dispatched within 3 to 5 days, had to ring company to chase up. When item came the clasp was broken and butterfly slid off chain. If this happens when ashes are in and subsequently lost forever the person I bought this for would be heart broken so I never bothered with this gift. Yes it's a value piece from the range but I still expected it to be fit for purpose. Shame because it was pretty but if anything a little cumbersome to hang round your neck.”

We're not sure why, but as soon as we were notified we dispatched your order on a next-day service. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. It doesn't happen often :-( With regards to the issue with the pendant, again I'm really sorry. Had you contacted us we would have done everything in our power to make you a happy customer. “It’s a very beautiful Urn even after a struggle to get the lid opened. No instructions in the box. But very pleasant Urn with a complementary Box. This was used for my son Sunny-Jay Talwar ashes which were scattered on the 19.08.2018. On his 33rd Bithday. Thank you so much Sarita Sharma - Sunny’s Mum 🙏”

“I had been looking for a piece of jewellery for my late fathers ashes, but couldn't find any I liked until I stumbled across Cherished Urns. Their jewellery selection is amazing, with ranges suiting any style. The whole process was seamless, and treated with dignity, from courtesy emails to let me know the ashes had arrived safely to the final piece. I ordered a ring, and within a few days received a ring sizer, confirmation order form to help me choose the colour, and a bag to send the ashes back in a pre-paid envelope - it couldn't have been easier ordering from Cherished Urns. I received the ring today and it is just beautiful, more so than I could have ever imagined. The packaging was immaculate, including a lovely ring box, bag, and they also returned any unused ashes. At a time of such sadness, Cherished Urns made the whole process easy and accessible, I couldn't be happier to have a piece of my dad with me every day. Highly recommend, and have already pointed my sister in your direction! Thank you so much.”
