“A huge choice of various pieces of jewlery. I struggled with choosing a ring from the website as difficult to appreciate size without seeing the ring on a hand, however, after a telephone call I was emailed photos of the rings I liked, and also sent samples of the variety of colours of resins available. This massively assisted me with my final choice. The ring sizer and ashes kit arrived quickly along with a prepaid padded envelope. Regular emails keeping me upto date, and a very quick turn around time. The unused ashes were also returned to me. My ring is stunning and of excellent quality. My overall experience has been excellent, all staff very helpful and caring. Highly recommend cherished urns and can happily say the best customer service I received in years.”

“I placed my order and on the same day received an email to inform me that it was unavailable due to damaged stock. I was offered a refund at this time and informed that it may be a 5 week wait for dispatch. I was happy to wait as I hadn't seen anything else online like the item I ordered (teardrop/heart pendant). My order arrived just one week later and is even more pretty and dainty than I could have imagined from the pictures. I was able to add the ashes with ease with the help of the tools supplied. Great item for a great price and brilliant customer service. Would certainly recommend. Thank you!”

“Getting a scatter tube for my dad's ashes does not make me happy - it's just something you have to do. The website was excellent & the delivery was very quick & the tube was exactly like the picture. Thank you.”
