“The pendant I got for my mum was beautiful she was so overwhelmed. Unfortunately after only wearing it a few days the chain snapped when she was out and she lost it. She is devastated. This jewellery obviously means alot to people and it's not cheap either I think the chains should be much stronger to prevent this happening.”

“Yes I’m so pleased with my lovely ring I received just before Christmas as it was a presant from my son daughter and husband as lost my dad on the 18th of October so I have my dad with me at all times. Also got the necklace for my mum which she also Ives thank you x”

“It came in perfect time and was a perfect tribute to the day. The only thing I could say is that I was not informed. that it was being delive9red to neifhbour, no card or anything . It was only when i received email that it was delivered that I thought to ask my neighbour, 4 days later.”

“My mother passed shortly before Christmas and I placed my trust in this company to make 3 rings and a set of cuff links for family members as Christmas gifts. They have been extremely compassionate around the sensitive matter of my recent loss and have created stunning pieces of jewellery from my mothers ashes. Cherished Urns kept me up to date on the process on the status of my order. They also ensured to update my details when I moved address and even better still processed my order on time for Christmas even though I sent my mother’s ashes past the guaranteed Christmas delivery date. Cherished Urns were diligent, caring, and most importantly produced outstanding pieces of Jewellery which will be forever cherished in our family.
