“I ordered my Black and Silver Double Urn and received it last week only to open it snd find that there was a spot that had a wettisch look about it snd when I touched it the black pain came off so I would like you to please send me a new one and on that delivery they can take the Faulty Urn back to yourselves so it is basically a “Direct Swop” without any extra expenses attached to me. “Easy to navigate the website. Good selection of products. Delivery quick as promised. The item seems good and well manufactured. Unfortunately I do think the item seems rather overpriced for what it was but I made the decision to buy it I’m so stand by it. I just think it was a little bit overpriced for what I received.”
