“My ring is lovely. Smaller than what i expected. It looked bigger on website. The part where the ashes are is so small. I feel like it could have been a bit bigger, but then that's probably my fault for not looking at the measurements. It is slightly too big but am not gonna send back as i don't want to spend another 40 pound when i have already spent 255 pound.”

“The ring i ordered was absolutely beautiful. I was a little disappointed that the actual ashes part of the ring didn't sparkle more as I asked for diamond dust, however maybe that's just the way it looks. The service of your company was outstanding and got my purchase to me within three weeks. Thankyou. X”

“Sometimes being unable to see the quality of a product makes a purchase doubtful but in this instance the item was well described and the quality assured. Upon receiving the Urn our doubts were confirmed that the Urn was as described, beautifully hand made and of exquisite and beautiful quality. “I would of left a good review but got my 3 rings delivered 11th september and they were all too big, I sent an email and they said would send out special packages to get them resized for us but its been over a week and still haven't recieved anything for us to get them made smaller.”

When someone orders a ring we send them a special ring-sizer to make sure of the size and this is normally very accurate. We apologise fro the disappointment that this has caused and also that you have now yet received our package to return them to us for resizing. Please be patient, things are taking little longer at this unusual time but soon you will have your special rings fitting perfectly and we are sure that wearing them will bring comfort and peace.
