“I ordered a necklace made with my fathers ashes about 9 days before Christmas. They had my order made and delivered before Christmas Day even though they emailed to say that they are busy but will try their best. My necklace arrived on Christmas Eve which made my Christmas. Communication was great with regular updates and I love my necklace. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Impressed with the speed from the time i sent my husbands ashes. The ring is pretty but i'm not sure the quality is as good as the other two i have from different companies who make ashes jewellery. The 'stone' part seems to feel slightly sticky and the silver is a lot chunkier than i thought it would be. Still a nice piece and had some good compliments about it.”

The Ladies Beau Memorial Ashes Ring you purchased is 925 Sterling Silver with a Rhodium Plating and we quality check all pieces before we start making them, and then again before sending the finished item to customers. “The urn I ordered unfortunately turned up damaged , I contacted them straight away and sent a photo of the damaged item. Without any question another one was sent without delay. I am so pleased with the beautiful piece I chose , I also ordered the keepsake one to enable my daughter to share a piece her dad x”

“Wow, wow, wow what can I say. A amazing company with probably one of the best customer service I have ever known. I received my ring the beginning of the week. I won’t go into a lot of details but I was 100% happy. I emailed customer service Monday night I got a reply on Tuesday Morning. They sent me out a new ashes pack next day delivery Tuesday. I sent the ashes back Wednesday in a pre paid envelope next day delivery for them to receive Thursday. Now is Friday and I have just received my beautiful new ring.... which I love so much.... could not ask for anything more. I 100% recommend this company and have already told a few ppl where I have got mine from. Thank you so much, it’s nice to know I still have my Dad with me.”

“The quality of the urns i ordered was of a very high standard and looked exactly how they did online so we are very pleased with them. When I ordered the urns, they were dispatched the same day and were delivered in very quick time so that was really good. One of the display cases was slightly damaged when i opened it and i reported this straight away and another one, without any problems was dispatched straight away. All in all, Cherished Urns have proved to me to be a sincere, understanding and reliable company.”
