“I'm so happy with my purchase with cherished urns, I had a email saying I probably wouldn't get it until after Christmas but to my surprise I had it delivered to me on Christmas eve 😊 absolutely over the moon what a beautiful present off my boyfriend who sadly passed in September, I would definitely represent cherished urns to people who are looking for that something special to include their loved ones. “I felt like I was kept informed at all times about the progress of my order. Cherished urns confirmed when they had received the ashes safely which really put my mind at rest and made me feel like they were taking good care of them. “I was hoping for the necklace I ordered for my Mother for Christmas as we had recently lost my brother and true to word it arrived four days before. I did not open it as it was so nicely wrapped so I did not see it until my mother opened it on Christmas morning. I will just say that it was well worth the wait. Thank you to Helen who had taken such care in making the necklace and all the staff for keeping me informed all the way through the process. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would.”

“My wife sadly lost her beloved horse this year and desperately wanted a pendant with its ashes. I said I would get this as a Christmas present and we ordered it about three weeks before Christmas. We were disappointed to hear that delivery would be about eight weeks. She accepted this and looked forward to a late present. A few days before Christmas I was thrilled to receive a text saying the pendant was on its way. I kept this a secret and on Christmas morning gave her a few presents and right at the end said I’d forgotten there was one more. When she opened her gift and saw it was the pendant she was so happy she just started crying. Thanks to the great work by Cherished Urns in getting this to us in time for Christmas she had a Christmas Day she or I will never forget. I can’t thank you all enough for getting this beautiful pendant to us so quickly.”

“Absolutely love my ring, it's beautiful and sparkly just like my daughter. She sadly took her own life in June and this ring has given me back a part of her to keep close to me forever. Everything was easy to do and the time it took was minimal despite it being the busiest time of the year.”
