“I am very happy with my urn. It arrived promptly and well packaged. It looks exactly as advertised and came with a thoughtful message of condolence (a nice touch) and plenty of information about the product itself and how it should be used. Cherished Urns website was easy to navigate and the choice of products was extensive and varied. The ordering process was straight forward and simple. I was looking for a simple but well made product from a British based company and am happy with my choice.”

“I have an infinity bracelet containing my dads ashes. The chain is finer than I expected but I love it. The bracelet came in a box wrapped with ribbon with a signed certificate with my dads name on it in a gift bag. It was all looked after with respect. Any unused ashes were returned in a pouch. I would use cherished urns again.”

“I am absolutely in love with my ring made with my son's ashes. It's everything and more I wanted and needed to have for him. My order went in just before Christmas and wasn't expecting it as quick! Only take 8 weeks in totally including Christmas week! The customer service has been fantastic. The ring was packaged perfectly as well. I can not recommend Cherised Urns enough. And I can not thank you enough for my beautiful tear ring.”

“As you can imagine, buying an urn for my wife’s ashes has been a very emotional decision. I just did not wish to be parted from her after 58 years together. The urn I chose was in her favourite colour (teal) and the silver decoration looked absolutely stunning. I looked on line for a long while before I made the decision to buy this particular urn from Cherished Urns. It now sits on my rosewood sideboard in the dining room. I am delighted with the quality appearance. As for service, it was faultless and was beautifully presented in the black suede box. Thank you so very much.”

“Really nice selection of items and extremely quick delivery. My Urn arrived so quickly, in a beautiful box and the finishing touches (incense bags, little card and a candle) were unexpected but lovely.
