“Wonderful customer service. The first Urn arrived damaged, partly from the Amazon delivery service, partly inside the package. I rang amazon who could only offer a refund. As I wanted a replacement urgently I rang Cherished Urns. Shari spoke to me and with no quibble or question immediately offered me a replacement which arrived 24 hours later. What a wonderful experience at such a troubling sad time. It restores one's faith in humanity.”

“Absolutely amazing service!obviously nervous to send my partners ashes but cherished urns made me feel safe bt constantly updating me with emails and when they send out anything its wrapped so perfectly and even little nice cards to explain everything you need to ro and ensure you it will be safe!andddd of course my ring is soooo perfect i couldnt of asked for better!definately reccomend to everyone..thankyou so much!”

“I ordered an urn for my father, which was excellent ,and now, 6 years later ,I had to order this one for my mother. It arrived very quickly after ordering, one day, I think. It arrived in a velvet covered box, beautiful, and a velvet bag as well. Beautiful.”
