“Very happy with my ring, I was a bit worried about sending ashes in the post but it was fine, cherished urns was in contact as soon as they, received them. My ring is so nice I, don't know if to wear it or keep it on display! Thanks again”

“Great service & beautiful Urn for my Mother I liked the frame that came with it . I’ve decided to keep the frame & put a photo of my Mum in it you can stick it to the Urn if you prefer. Arrived quickly I did pay for the extra delivery but was worth it . Thank you K. You g”

“Got a ring and bracelet made from my Nan's ashes and they are beautiful. Spent quite a lot of time reading up on cremation jewellery because I didn't want to get something so personal done from just anywhere and decided, after looking at reviews, to go with Cherished Urns and I could not be any happier with my jewellery. They are absolutely stunning and it is amazing knowing that my Nan is with me wherever I go. I got a rose gold ring and it took about 6 weeks from ordering the ashes pack to receiving my ring. The bracelet was Sterling silver and took about 10 day's to receive it. The customer service was amazing. I was kept constantly updated throughout the wait for both items. They even emailed me to ask if I wanted my items sent separately, as the bracelet was made quicker than the ring, due to the fact it was silver and didn't need to be hallmarked. I was a tiny bit shocked with the amount of ashes they asked for (a tablespoon full for each item) but they sent the rest of her ashes back and it honestly doesn't look like they used much at all. They ask for more than they need just incase they need some more. I was told that by somebody on the phone when I enquired about it. Really needn't have worried at all. Again, the person on the phone was lovely and you could just tell that they were going to be careful with my Nan. All in all, I am so happy with my purchases and I am so glad I went with Cherished Urns. Would 10000% reccomend this company and will be using them again to get more jewellery made for family members. Thank you so much for my beautiful jewellery pieces.”

“The service I’ve received was exceptional The reassurance email letting me know they’d received the ashes was a huge relief. The confirmation that my piece of jewellery was on its way was also very reassuring and comforting.
