“The process was very easy, communication from all the staff was considerate and caring. The ring is lovely, ashes are clear to see,which I personally wanted. The ring is abit smaller than expected,but still I highly recommend Cherished Urns”

“I highly recommend Cherished Urns, the products are amazing, the quality is second to none and the care they take as a company is fabulous. I had a necklace from them and the end products is amazing. I’m proud to wear it always. I’ve had nothing but compliments on it. They are a very caring company. The presentation box is lovely and it arrives in a wonderful bag with tissue and the box is wrapped in ribbon. Just use them and you’ll be over the moon with the results.”

“My son ordered me a ring to be made from my beloved dog’s ashes. Ducey my dog was my whole world and when he died I had been heartbroken but my son Connor thought this would be a way to have him with me forever. It was really easy to send the small amount of ashes and the order form. The ring took about 3-4 weeks to arrive. It is beautiful and everyone comments on it. I would highly recommend the jewellery Cherished Urns produce as a fitting keepsake of a loved one.”

“The urn arrived in good time. It is of a good quality and did'nt differ from the original picture. I chose this one due to the white Rose as mo mother was born in Yorkshire andround of it. I would recommend both the coany and the product”

“Good choice of designs, efficient service - prompt e-mails keeping me informed about the order and the delivery. I ordered the Forget Me Not Design Eco-Friendly Scattering Tube and was very pleased with it when it arrived - and 1 day earlier than expected. The online discount was also much appreciated - though being a special offer for Father's Day was somewhat unusual - although I was purchasing the scatter tube for my father's ashes, I'm not quite sure that it technically counts as a gift for father's day!!”

“My first experience with cherished urns was completed with a heavy heart. Some people may think losing you cat as a small upset but my cat was my baby. I got him from the shelter as a fully grown cat, amazingly sweet, and utterly characteristic.... filled with soul. He was my best friend. I lost him on the one year that I got him to a car and instantly knew I wanted a keepsake so he was always with me after passing as he was when he was on earth. Cherished urns provided me with comfort and support through it all and helped reassure me my boy would once again be with me in this beautiful ring. They kept me up to date with the order and their order kits were helpful and easy to follow. Delivery was quick and right on time. The ring is gorgeous and I couldn't be more grateful to all the staff and the company as a whole. Thank you cherished urns. To all the staff thank you also. “I ordered a child urn and was in no doubt about the quality of the products from cherished urns as I had bought a child urn the year before and was delighted with it unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so phoned cherished urns and explained they were so understanding and helpful at what was such a sad time for our family they sent a replacement urn immediately at no cost without waiting till I had returned the one I had purchased I cant thank them enough as it meant our child was able to come home and not be left in limbo at undertakers so thankyou once again for the fist class service provided and the exceptional quality of the products I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs this service thankyou m hood”

“Lost my uncle in January this year and I ordered a ring to keep him with me forever. It took 20 days from ordering online, receiving order pack for ashes and then receiving my ring. It is perfect so bright and just what I needed.”

“I did have to chase my order, and despite sending an email to which I didn’t get a response, I then had to phone and my order was expedited, so it wasn’t quite the 7 day turn around after receipt of ashes. If I hadn’t called I’m fairly certain I wouldn’t have received it in time despite ordering 20 days before required date, but I am putting some of this down to the bank holidays. Having said all that, the bracelet is stunning and precious and more than makes up for some of the angst with delivery.”
