“Great customer service. I purchased a large piece of Hugo Kamishi bogwood,the size was amazingly big but sadly it課ｪs full of mould spores and as every aquarist knows you can課ｪt get rid of mould off bogwood and it would cause fungus and mould in any aquarium it課ｪs added too. I contacted charterhouse to inform them of this and was advised to let my fish eat the mould or scrub it off with a toothbrush,so sadly I課ｪm now stuck with a unusable but lovely piece of bogwood. Sadly I won課ｪt be using charterhouse aquatics again as I課ｪm extremely disappointed and shocked by their completely bad and reckless advice and response. EDIT: upon seeing my review charterhouse aquatics called me and have now completely rectified the issue to my very appreciative satisfaction,I understand issues do happen but the fact that they課ｪve now gone to such lengths to personally rectify this says ever such a lot in my opinion,as such I課ｪm more than happy to continue my custom with such a respectable,honest and decent company. A special mention to James who is a wonderful person,thank you ever so much for everything James.”

“Excellent service. I bought the fluval roma 240 tank and I thought the service was great . The delivery was on time and the driver very helpful. I did have a query once I'd received the tank and I've got to say that customer service was excellent. They dealt with it fast and professionally and kept me up to date as well as sorting it out for me. So I would definitely recommend Charterhouse.”

“After an initial hiccup with the課_. After an initial hiccup with the delivery, caused by the courier not Charterhouse all went smoothly. After sales service was brilliant and I have since placed a second order and that arrived on time. Good company to deal with and pricing is very competitive.”

“Top online aquatics shop. Charterhouse Aquatics is always my go to online aquatic shop that I use for larger purchases skimmers, filters, pumps etc..... I recently ordered a new skimmer from them and as always the price was great and the delivery excellent. Packaged extremely well and delivered on the day that I asked for.”
