An award-winning small British business, we focus on designing luxury dog beds and blankets that are cosy, stylish and practical, and made to perform over time. Comfort for our canine customers is paramount, as is styling for our human customers, and we design to a mantra of ‘machine washable everything’. We set out to make the most beautiful dog beds in the UK and we’re proud to say that we now have customers in over sixty countries around the world.

“Our Vizsla puppy hasn’t even arrived yet but we were only ever going to get him Charley Chau beds! We went for the snuggle and also the day bed for his bed in the lounge. Divine quality and designs and Jenny was an absolute pleasure to chat with. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Boo Jones”

“Beautiful bed, excellent quality, and as always, Charley Chau's service is second to none! We bought this bed for our whippet who loves to snuggle under a duvet, but it turns out our lurchers love it just as much - I think we'll be needing more of these!”

“Love the new dog covers. Lovely colour fits in well in my lounge. Good quality. Last for ages. Bought the dog bed 3 years ago covers still good condition after numerous washes, just wanted a different colour.”

“We ordered the wrong size bed for our whippet- for all you whippet owners out there, a large is definitely the way to go- the team at Charley Chau couldn't have been more helpful and within a few days, Magnus was able to enjoy his new palace. It's taking him a little time and help to understand how to get into it, but once he's in, he absolutely loves it. He now prefers his new bed to joining us on the sofa!”

“Good evening madam / sir I just wanted to say a massive thank you for how good your customer service has been. You went above the normal to help me find a collar for my breed of dog which has proven quite tricky, on this occasion the collar didn’t quite fit right but will not stop me coming back and ordering again due to the customer service. Thank you for the refund and have a good rest of the evening. Regards”

“Such a beautifully made bed for our little Whippet. Good quality materials used, with the best cushion/pillow in it! It's so plush it makes us want to sleep in it! It's also changed our lives, we were up 2-3 times a night to tuck her back into bed when she was cold before, but now she can get helself under the blanket, and stays there all night! We are all sleeping much better! Absolute life changer!”

“Great customer service,, it the day it arrived i realised i had ordered the wrong size bed, no problem, spoke to customer services who not only despatched the larger bed that same day, but also arranged to collect the wrong one the next day, fantastic service, good quality product.”

“Nico my whippet puppy was not sleeping through the night and keeping me up. Then I gave him his first snuggle bed and from that night on he slept right through. So snuggly and cosy was he and my sanity was saved from sleep deprivation! He has grown somewhat and is delighted with the same snuggle bed in the large size. Thank you Charley Chau”
