“Order was to come on the Friday 28 but didn’t come. It did not come on Saturday 29 .Monday morning and still no news from DPD about my coat.”

We were very sorry to hear of the delay in the arrival of your parcel. We contacted you to discuss this and hope you were happy with our refunding of your postage charge. Unfortunately once we have entrusted goods with a courier we have to trust that they will honour their obligation to us. “Buying on the mobile site there was no disclaimer to tell me despite selecting the option for next day delivery and paying additional money for it, my item wouldn't arrive for two days. Awkward considering it was a birthday gift.”
