“Their customer service had been excellent, very swift response to a query, which was the fault of the courier, not Charles Hobson . Yet they resolved the issue immediately. We will definitely buy from them again Highly recommend”

“Prompt delivery, advise of progress, returns advice including bag and slip. Great service. This is a Christmas gift so unable to comment on product and hopefully will not need to return but feel confident on the service”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service, jacket arrived on time, as described, no issues and the most competitive prices. Already recommended Charles Hobson to friends and family.”

Helpful Report

“I ordered a Barbour jacket online. It was priced slightly cheaper than anywhere else I could find. The process was all very easy. I like the fact you can pay with PayPal for online purchases. I only opted for the standard delivery but the jacket came the following day via DHL. Well packaged and with DHL's 1 hour time slot delivery. All in all a great buying experience and of course love the jacket, no issues. Good touch that they do also include a return parcel folded up in case there was an issue with the size or the product had to be returned.”
